Unique double candy cane made with high quality rope light and 5mm fairy lights on a rubber cable. The 50 flashing5mm rubber cable fairy lights are woven though the tinsel in the centre of the candy cane to give the centre a twinkling effect. This item also has an 8 function controller to allow the candy cane to flash.
